Holidays] by submission of Rs.100/- by cash or Demand Draft (in favour of Bengal Library Association payable at Kolkata) or through online mentioned in the Form. Filled up application forms must be submitted within the above mentioned dates in the Association Office by-hand or by-post together with the self attested documents mentioned in the form.
